Research Workflow Automation That Keeps Researchers in Control

Most teams don't pick how their research gets done. Their tools pick for them. One program runs the survey, another handles interviews, and someone spends hours stitching it all together by hand. Before long, the question you wanted answered bends to fit the software.
At Team Percepto, we wanted to prove it doesn't have to work that way, so we built our own research technology: Rogantis. Research workflow automation works best when you own the tools, because then you decide how good the work gets.
Build each project the way it needs to be built
Think of Rogantis as a set of building blocks. We can add new research tools without starting over. For each step of a project, we choose: let the system handle it, let a person handle it, or let the system do the work while a person makes the final call. Then we mix and match those choices within the same study. That is research workflow automation done right: the right approach for each step, so the project fits your question.
Machines do the checking. People make the calls.
Good research workflow automation doesn't replace people. It takes the repetitive work off their plate. In our music test for radio, the system keeps respondents from rushing or cutting corners, so the answers you get are real. It checks every answer as it comes in, gives every song a fair shot, guards against fake and automated responses, and delivers finished results in English with one click.
People handle the judgment. Someone listens to every song before a survey launches. We try every survey on real phones first. And a researcher reviews the results and decides what counts, without ever throwing data away.
We found a problem. Then we fixed it.
When we rebuilt the music test, it carried over an old flaw: some songs were getting a better shot just because of when they were played, which could tilt which songs look strongest. We caught it by measuring, fixed it, and checked the fix on fresh data. Owning the tool is what made that possible, and it's how we keep making it better.
What's coming next
Team Percepto has also built AI moderators that hold research conversations by voice or chat, and they always tell people they're AI. They're now being added to Rogantis. One of them, the patent-pending Signal + AI Moderator, captures how someone reacts and then asks them why, all in one session, with follow-up questions based on that person's own reactions.
What it means for you
Research workflow automation built around your question means a process that fits, results you can trust, and methods that keep getting better.
