When you interact with our AI voice agents, we collect and store audio recordings and written transcripts of these sessions. This data is used solely for research analysis and quality assurance. In accordance with 2026 regulatory standards, we provide clear disclosures at the start of these sessions to ensure you are aware when you are interacting with a non-human system.
Personal Information for Incentives and Future Participation In some cases, we may also ask you to provide limited personal information such as your name, phone number, or email address. We use this information solely to:

Survey Platform Data Collection and Use When you participate in a Team Percepto survey, our survey platforms automatically collect certain technical and location-related information to help us ensure survey quality and security. This information may include:

Any longitude and latitude collected by third-party survey platforms is used only for fraud prevention and data quality assurance. We never share precise geolocation data, Zip Codes, or other personally identifiable information with our clients. All results provided to clients are analyzed and reported in aggregate form only, meaning no individual respondent can be identified.
Tag Management System We use a third-party Tag Management System, specifically Google Tag Manager (GTM), on our survey platform and related services to deploy and manage the tracking technologies described below, including analytics, cookies, and other agents. GTM is a tool that allows us to manage and trigger these tags without making continuous changes to the underlying code. GTM itself does not store or process personal data for advertising or tracking purposes, but it facilitates the firing of tags from other services that may collect Non-Personal Information. For Team Percepto, GTM is used only to monitor when a respondent begins and completes a survey. No personally identifiable information is exchanged with GTM.
Do Not Track At this time, our website does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals sent from your web browser. Additionally, we use a variety of third-party services to help provide our services and to help us understand the use of our website. These third-party service providers may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, even if you have enabled your browser’s DNT functionality.
Cookies and Online Tracking Our website and survey platforms use cookies and similar technologies to understand how our services are used and to improve your survey experience. Cookies may help us recognize your device, remember your preferences, and measure the effectiveness of our surveys and recruitment campaigns. Specifically, our third-party survey platform utilizes GTM to manage these agents. The information collected by these agents may include, without limitation: IP address, hardware model, unique device identifiers (UDID), mobile network information (including phone number), the agent version, platform, SDK version, timestamp, API key (identifier for application), application version, model, manufacturer, OS version of device or hardware, session start/stop time, locale, time zone, and network status (WiFi, etc.). Information collected through the agents is used to customize services and improve website usability. Information collected through agents may identify individual users in combination with previously provided Personal Information.
Traffic Data Team Percepto automatically collects and maintains statistical information from our website’s data logs that concern website activity, navigation, network traffic flow, and volume (“Traffic Data”). Examples include: Name of the domain or URL from which the visitor accesses the Internet; Type of web browser used; Web pages visited; Date and time this website is visited. Traffic Data may identify individual visitors in combination with previously provided Personal Information.
Location Information Location-enabled services may use various technologies to determine location, such as sensor data from your device, nearby Wi-Fi access points, and cell towers. Location information helps Team Percepto customize and tailor surveys and services to you. Location information may identify individual users in combination with previously provided Personal Information.
If you access our services from outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

II. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
Team Percepto will not, without your consent, share your Personal Information with third parties for their commercial purposes. However, Team Percepto may share your Personal Information with third parties, including certain affiliated companies (consistent with applicable laws and regulations) or other trusted businesses, solely to enable them to perform services for Team Percepto related to Team Percepto’s own business purposes (subject to confidentiality and security obligations).
This includes sharing information with our contracted third-party survey platform provider, who processes data on our behalf for the purpose of conducting and analyzing surveys.
AI Infrastructure Providers: We share your audio data and transcripts with trusted AI infrastructure partners (such as Retell AI) who act as data processors. These partners are contractually prohibited from using your identifiable voice data or transcripts to train their own independent AI models and are required to maintain security standards consistent with HIPAA and SOC 2.
Team Percepto may also disclose Personal Information if required to comply with laws, respond to subpoenas or warrants, protect rights, property, or safety, or in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or reorganization.
III. Information Security Practices
Team Percepto uses commercially reasonable efforts to prevent third parties from acquiring, altering, or destroying information made available to Team Percepto through this website. These efforts include monitoring network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information and under some circumstances encrypting sensitive information using Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) or other comparable technology. Monitoring also occurs to prevent any activity that is illegal or which may subject Team Percepto to legal liability or damage.
Although Team Percepto takes commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized third parties from acquiring Personal Information submitted to Team Percepto on this website, an unlawful interception or acquisition by a third party may still be possible.

Team Percepto does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18 years of age. Additionally, we are not aware of any content on our website that would be considered harmful to children. If Team Percepto learns that we have inadvertently gathered Personal Information from children under 18, we will erase such information from our records and terminate the applicable account.

Standard carrier rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving survey invitations or reminders at any time by following the instructions provided in the message or by contacting us directly. Please note that if you opt out before receiving your incentive, we may still need to contact you by text message or email in order to complete incentive delivery. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Promotional Emails You will have the choice to opt out of receiving promotional emails for products and/or services offered by Team Percepto. Once we have processed your request, we will stop sending you, within the legally required timeframes, non-transactional promotional emails with respect to products and/or services offered by us unless you opt back in to receiving such communications. You can opt out of receiving non-transactional promotional emails from us either (a) by following the unsubscribe instructions in the applicable email you receive from us (if applicable), or (b) while you are completing our online web form (if applicable).
