Why do you collect my Zip Code?

We ask for your Zip Code to validate responses and make sure survey results reflect real communities. Your Zip Code is never shared with our clients and is only used internally to ensure accurate analysis.

Do you share my personal information with your clients?

No. Our clients never see your name, email, phone number, or Zip Code. They only receive survey results in aggregate form, meaning data is combined so no individual can ever be identified.

Why do you ask for my name, phone, or email?

We request this information only if you qualify for an incentive or if you choose to join our research panel. This information is used only to deliver your reward or to contact you about future surveys if you opt in.

What happens if I opt out of texts or emails?

You can opt out of texts or emails at any time. If you earned an incentive, we may still need to contact you briefly to make sure you receive your reward. After that, you will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.

Do you sell my data?

No. Team Percepto does not sell your data to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

How is my information kept safe?

We use secure technologies and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. While no system can ever be 100 percent secure, we work hard to ensure your information is safe and only used for legitimate research purposes.
